for 14 days. After that, they will go back up for sale.
If your item is damaged, it is not our responsibility. We feel we take enough precaution to make sure the items are not damaged in shipping. Out of 100 orders per mailing, we have 1 damaged package. However, if your item is damaged, it is YOUR responsibility to complain to the post office/worker who bent them. We cannot and will not refund money. It is not our fault. We WILL help you with your insurance claim. Insurance is mandatory on every order and is calculated in your shipping and handling charge. Usagi's House will cooperate with you to help get your money from the Post Office. IF YOUR ITEM IS DAMAGED, OPEN IT UP IN FRONT OF A POSTAL WORKER.

according to weight, location, packaging, and in some cases overseas duties,
taxes and importing fees.
We will ship your package
only after we recieve payment. You will recieve your package 1-8 weeks after payment is recieved.
If you have not recieved your order within this time, please do not

ALL OUR SHIPPING is done
from the
Cels on our site our priced by what we
pay for them and not what we think you'll pay. We have many rare, hard-to-find cels that we obtain for reasonable prices. Cels are sold AS-IS. Meaning the price you see is based on
what we paid for the cel taking things into
consideration like small creases, stuck pencil sketches, etc. We do not note
these things on each individual cel. We only note
damages if they are highly significant and detract from the quality of the cel.. Otherwise, a nice cel might have the great price reflected by a stuck
background, etc.
BACKGROUNDS - Unless we have this stated on a
particular cel, we have NO way of knowing if
backgrounds are original. We cannot watch every single anime to verify such
things.
PENCIL SKETCHES - Some cels
come with one, some don't. Some are stuck , some
aren't. Prices will SOMETIMES reflect this.
When you submit an order, it make take up to a week to receive confirmation. Please understand we are very busy and like to attend to each customer's needs. Therefore, your order processing may take a little longer.
We have been receiving many orders with cancellations lately. This slows us down and wastes our time. When you order, please make sure that you definitely want to order, or you have enough money. Otherwise, we look down upon cancellations and may not want to sell to you in the future. These cancellations tie up merchandise that other people really do want. Please be responsible in your ordering. If there is a problem, we would rather you tell us instead of just ignoring us and never saying anything. In most cases, we understand and can help you!!!

Please note that even if
you have an item in your shopping cart, it can be put in someone else's
shopping cart and checked out before you check out. In this case, it belongs to
the first person who ordered the item. This will sometimes occur with people
who literally order at nearly the exact same time. .

We generally do not contact
you once we receive your payment, nor when we send your package out. This is
because we have so many orders it is very hard for us to keep up. Please do not
be upset if you asked us to contact you when we receive your payment and when
we send out your package. If you need to know the status of your order, please
e-mail us and we will gladly let you know. ^_^

a want list, it doesn't mean we will definietly find

you have finally found some of your want list cels
